Kinkin, our lovable tabby, has a special place in our hearts as our first cat.
He moved in with us when he was roughly one years old. Initially adopted by our daughter Katrina, Kinkin became her loyal companion until she had to move out into pet-free accommodation, and he found his new home with us.

Just a month later we adopted Coco, who soon became Kinkin’s best buddy, sharing in his adventures and nap spots. We all eventually moved from the UK to Thailand in 2023, and Kinkin has adapted like a pro. His curiosity and love of exploration have made him a perfect fit for our new life here, turning every day into an adventure.

Through this blog, we will share Kinkin’s journey, his love for cozy spots, gentle nature and the joy he brings to our lives.

Coco joined our family just a month after Kinkin, and quickly became an irreplaceable part of our lives. Coco was the last kitten left in her litter—a fluffy, british longhair, we feel incredibly lucky because her sweet and playful spirit was meant to be with us.

From her first day, Coco bonded with Kinkin, becoming his little shadow and would not leave him alone. Her gentle nature and endless curiosity have added a new layer of warmth to our home, especially after our big move from the UK to Thailand. Adjusting with grace, she’s embraced her new surroundings, bringing us so much happiness with her antics and adorable quirks.

Through our blog, we’ll share Coco’s little adventures, her 5am morning demands for food and her sweet interactions with Kinkin.

Otis, our cheeky little Scottish shorthair explorer, is the latest addition to our growing cat family. We welcomed him into our lives with his wide-eyed curiosity and playful energy, Otis brings a fresh spark to our home, joining his older siblings Kinkin and Coco in their daily escapades.

From day one, Otis has shown a fearless side—always the first to explore new spaces and investigate every nook and cranny. His boundless energy and affectionate nature make him a joy to be around, and he’s quickly found his place among the other cats, creating endless moments of fun and laughter.

Through our blog, we’ll be sharing Otis’s adventures as he grows, his budding friendship with Kinkin and Coco, his love to massage in return for food and all the little quirks that make him uniquely lovable.

Som (which means “orange” in Thai) joined our family in an unexpected way. Shortly after we settled into our new life in Thailand, she appeared at Ratchanok’s mother’s house nearby, where we would play with her and provide food. One day, we found her with a bad injury, so we brought her into our home to heal. Although she didn’t fully get along with our other cats, we knew we wanted to look after her.

After recovering, Som returned to Ratchanok’s mother’s house, and in September 2024, she gave birth to five beautiful kittens. We built her a special outdoor area in our garden for her and the babies, and she’s been a devoted, gentle mother ever since. Her journey from stray to cherished mom of five has added a new sense of joy to our lives.
